Negatives1. Bella vista resort was good but room service was bad. Like we need to call the reception for cleaning. No international charging ports. 2. On the tour for skybridge the driver Dass charged 40 ringgets extra as the trip last time as per iterinary was 1830 whereas he dropped us at 1630. Skybridge tour was less than 4 hrs.Already raised the concern to mr. Ram but no response till date. It would definitely look for refunds.Positives1. Overall trip was well organized.2. All pickups were on time.3. Prompt response from customer care in labhkari and Kuala kanpur.4. Night tour of Kuala Lumpur was best because of the driver. He was telling the story and history about all the points. Mangrove island, island hopping, kl night tour

We went to Singapore on our anniversary. Everything was nicely planned . We are very much thankful to Praveen Arora for planning everything according to our interests. Had wonderful time. The best things we enjoyed were Sentosa, Universal Studios and Singapore Super Star Gemini Cruise. Had all together a different experience. We stayed in the Parc Sovereign Hotel Tyrwhitt. Which was very neat and clean. Room and bathroom were small but comfortable. Breakfast was also good but didn't have much options. Every day almost same menu was repeated. So a bit disappointed. Over all everything was good like hotel, cabs, drivers, services, management, etc.

Booking with TravelTriangle was a pleasant experience. Best part of booking the tour with TT is that you are not part of a "Group tour". We had all flexibility & independence of time and yet had convenience of everything prebooked. No need to wait in queues to book tickets for attractions and enjoy discounted tickets from Travel agent.Great Praveen..Special thanks to Praveen who designed my itinerary,provided valuable suggestions on sequencing the attractions and suggested Hotel as per my requirements/star category perfrence.Clear communication,all inclusions & exclusions were explained well. Pre travel briefing call was to the point and very helpful.One suggestion - Inform clients about about Express tickets in Universal studios incase they want to avoid long queues for the rides.Regarding Parc Sovereign Hotel- Neat & clean rooms,walking distance to Little India.No Indian dish in buffet breakfast but better than Hotel Boss in my opinion as it was always highly crowded.Singapore as a destination has something for every age group. Kids enjoy Universal studios,Sentosa Island and elders can enjoy Garden by Bay, NIght life. If we have to pick one,as family we enjoyed Universal studio the most.

Places suggested buy Agent were all beautiful , lunch arranged & dinner at Genting Highland was awesome & accomodation arranged at singapore was as promisedThe only thing i suggest lunch at malayasia was not as peomised the Only place we felt problem, It should be proprly coordinated with agent to arrange at indian restaurant I got trip arranged for 8 people from Mr Praveen Arrora as agent, the trip arranged was fablous at a very reasonable rate for malayasia & Singapore As promised in Itenary everything was taken car including food sightseeing properlyI would like to thank Travel Triangle .
